Dr. Selda Koydemir (she/her), Clinical Director

Selda brings over 20 years of experience at the forefront of psychology and business. As a psychotherapist, lecturer, and consultant, she specialises in unlocking psychological wellbeing in individuals, teams, and organisations.

Selda facilitates psychological wellbeing events across the globe, with a focus on improving psychosocial skills. Her track record transforming company culture within startups, agencies, and government institutions led her to co-found Springatlas. Here, she works to empower people and organisations to nurture their psychological wellbeing through proactive learning, engagement, and community support. 

As Clinical Director, Selda oversees the work and engagement of all instructors and the design of the wellbeing curriculum, while maintaining a passion for human-centred user experience.

Selda is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Bamberg in Germany where she teaches classes in the Personality Psychology Department.

Bo Ozden (MSc, MA) (he/him), Managing Director

Bo is a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for technology and human-centric design. He brings over 25 years of experience in finance, government, e-commerce and emerging technologies, and maintains an extensive track record of successful digital products and services. His portfolio includes collaborations with HSBC, Lloyds Banking, Shell, John Lewis, and more, impacting over 700 million users worldwide and driving substantial revenue growth. 

Holding degrees in engineering and design, Bo’s expertise spans software engineering, human-computer interaction design, psychology and business process management, positioning him to tackle complex design and business challenges.

As Managing Director, Bo oversees the long-term strategy and day-to-day operations at Springatlas.

Isik Oguzertem (he/him), Community Director 

Isik (“Ish-ik”) joins Springatlas with over 15 years of experience working for mission-driven organisations. His background in international aid, development, and sustainability supports his personal passion of helping people and the planet.

Having worked in conflict zones, humanitarian crises, and volatile contexts, he has firsthand experience of the importance of investing in psychological wellbeing for personal and professional success. 

As Community Director, Isik leads the refinement of the learner and instructor experience, and oversees our community spaces.
