1. Refund Request Window: You have the option to request a refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled class or session starts. This provides you with ample time to make decisions that suit your needs.

2. Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your refund request must be submitted within the 24-hour window mentioned above. Requests made less than 24 hours before the class or session start time may not be eligible for a refund. You can only request a refund for tickets that were purchased directly from Springatlas and not from any third-party sellers or resellers. You can only request a refund for tickets that are eligible for the refund policy. Some events may have different or no refund policies, which will be clearly stated on the event page and on your ticket confirmation email. Springatlas reserves the right to deny any refund requests that do not meet the above criteria or that are deemed fraudulent or abusive.

3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please follow the steps below:

  • Find the number of the order you want to refund in the order confirmation email we sent.

  • Go to Contact page on springatlas.com and fill out the contact form with your order number and submit it.

  • You will receive a confirmation email from us once your request is processed.

4. Refund Timeframe: Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund as quickly as possible. we will issue refunds in the same payment method that was used to purchase the ticket. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer..

5. Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that if you decide to cancel your attendance, you provide us with as much notice as possible. This allows us to make arrangements and offer your spot to others who may be interested in joining the class or session.

6. Non-Transferable: Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are not transferable to other classes or sessions.

Exceptions

While we strive to be accommodating, please note that certain circumstances, such as technical issues or instructor cancellations, may warrant exceptions to this policy. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
