It’s also difficult to identify the most effective practices that align with your unique lifestyle. In this working group, Dr. Selda Koydemir will; assist you in understanding your current wellbeing practices, present practical steps to help you initiate and maintain your own mental health routine, share best practices for enhancing wellbeing.
